“MNKT” exceeds 400 people, half of whom have been working for the benefit of the company for over 10 years.

To continuously enhance intellectual and human capital, the company has implemented:
Special personnel training programs across all business areas
Every new employee undergoes mandatory professional adaptation before starting work. Additionally, employees regularly upgrade their qualifications at educational institutions in Kazan, Moscow, and St. Petersburg.
A compensation system focused on personnel motivation
Employees receive a competitive salary, which consists of a fixed base and a performance-based bonus. The company regularly monitors changes in the socio-economic conditions of the labor market to ensure fair salary adjustments.
Paid Additional Leave
In addition to the standard 28-day vacation, employees are entitled to an additional three-day social leave in cases of childbirth, adoption, marriage registration, or the loss of a close relative. Employees with children under the age of 16 can take a paid “mother’s” or “father’s” day off.
Parents of children starting school receive an extra paid day off on September 1 in the year their child begins school. Additionally, they are provided with a school starter kit (a backpack with stationery supplies).
Financial Assistance
The company provides financial support to newlyweds, new parents, employees with disabilities, retirees, families with children with disabilities, and World War II veterans, as well as employees facing difficult life circumstances. Every employee can take advantage of the mortgage repayment and housing assistance program for those in need. In the event of the death of a close relative, the company provides financial support of 50,000 rubles. For an employee’s marriage, the company offers financial assistance of 15,000 rubles. Upon the birth or adoption of a child, financial assistance of up to 100,000 rubles may be provided.
Housing Improvement Program
The company management supports employees in repaying mortgage loans. Under this social program, employees who have demonstrated strong performance and have worked at LLC “MNKT” for more than 5 years have been allocated over 269 million rubles, of which more than 151 million has been used for mortgage repayments and over 117 million for housing construction, purchase, and renovation. In 2024, 17 employee families benefited from this program. Specialists with over 20 years of service, who continue to contribute significantly to the company’s success, are among them.

- Employees celebrating a milestone of over 10 years of service receive a car as a gift.

- Employees honored with the title “Honored Oil Worker of LLC “MNKT” receive a special bonus.
- A letter of appreciation and an honorary certificate from the General Director, presented on Industry Workers’ Day and the Company’s Anniversary, is accompanied by a one-time financial reward.
- LLC “MNKT” management congratulates its personnel on national holidays and presents New Year gifts to employees and their children.
