LLC “MNKT” promotes an active lifestyle among its employees and creates all necessary conditions for their well-being and the strengthening of team spirit.

Corporate culture is one of the key factors in the overall success of the business and, in particular, the efficiency of the workforce. The management of corporate culture encompasses significant human capital resources, such as motivation, engagement, and personal competencies. The fundamental principles of shaping corporate culture within the company are based on universal spiritual values that are essential for individuals in society.

At LLC “MNKT,” a diverse range of events are organized to maintain team spirit and strengthen employee relationships. Staff members participate in sporting competitions, including cross-country skiing, volleyball, mini-football (including outdoor matches), chess, track and field, swimming, badminton, table tennis, and target shooting.

Additionally, competitions are held among employees of various departments, allowing them to showcase their personal skills and team cohesion. Winners are recognized in the following categories:

  • “Best in Profession”;
  • “Employee of the Year”;
  • “Best Oil and Gas Production Workshop or Site”.

Professional skills competitions at LLC “MNKT” are held annually. The strongest employees demonstrate their expertise and resourcefulness, identifying the best in their respective fields.

The families and children of company employees are also actively involved in sports and festive events. In addition to cheering for their parents, they have the opportunity to play football or try their hand at chess tournaments.

The company organizes annual children’s creativity contests for employees’ children, timed to coincide with Children’s Day and the New Year. The best crafts and drawings are regularly displayed in the company’s offices.

Furthermore, LLC “MNKT” publishes a corporate magazine that helps employees stay informed about company events and news. Issues of the magazine are distributed free of charge among employees.
