To create a safe working environment and minimize the risk of accidents and emergencies, LLC “MNKT” employs cutting-edge technologies and modern production methods.
The core value of LLC “MNKT” are employees. Therefore, safety is our top priority. All staff are provided with specialized clothing and personal protective equipment. Annually, a dedicated commission conducts workplace certifications and addresses emerging employee needs.
By ensuring safe working conditions, the company strives for accident-free equipment operation, maintaining its functionality and reliability.
This necessitates the continuous improvement of corporate culture in industrial safety, fire safety, and occupational health, as well as the definition of strategic priorities, development of key performance indicators, and implementation of corresponding action plans.

All Company employees are required to familiarize themselves with occupational safety rules upon hiring. Furthermore, LLC “MNKT” conducts ongoing preventive measures to inspect the operability of machinery and equipment to prevent emergencies.
In 2021, to enhance the quality of employee certification procedures, the Company acquired a licensed access key to the Unified Testing Portal (UTP). The Industrial Safety Testing Portal enables knowledge and qualification checks through an electronic format. The certification results of employees registered in the UTP Information System (UTP IS) during these activities are stored and systematized. Personnel certification is a critical tool for the effective organization of the enterprise’s operations, as industrial safety is a vital domain requiring a dedicated approach.
