LLC “MNKT” takes a highly responsible approach to the occupational health and safety of its employees.
The Company creates the most favorable conditions for high-productivity work, rest, and health of its employees. Our people actively engage in sports during their free time, participate in festive corporate events, have a paid 28-day annual leave, and also have the opportunity for additional leave if necessary. Each employee of the Company is insured against accidents and has a voluntary health insurance (DMS) policy, which allows them to receive high-quality medical services in healthcare institutions.

Employees of LLC “MNKT” are provided with specialized clothing and personal protective equipment (PPE). Annually, a dedicated commission conducts certification of workspaces and implements identified employee needs.
