The efficiency of an oil production company largely depends on maintenance scope and frequency, personnel qualification and availability of special vehicles.
In 2022, MNKT purchased two APRS-50 workover trucks for drilling and well servicing with KAMAZ-43118 self-propelled chassis. Such truck is used for routine maintenance, oil well development and workover, as well as rotary and downhole drilling, enabling accuracy and speed of action. Efficient arrangement of space and time allows the Company to organise continuous production process.
The benefits of APRS-50 truck with KAMAZ-43118 self-propelled chassis include the following:
- All-terrain vehicle;
- Well pump handling;
- Downhole equipment handling;
- Sucker rod, tubing and drill pipe tripping;
- Make-up and break-out mechanism for tubing and drill pipe strings;
- Plug cementing in wells through the derrick manifold assembly;
- Drilling out sand and cement plugs using rotors or downhole motors;
- Fishing and other types of emergency response operations;
- Well drilling using rotors or downhole motors;
- Sidetracking;
- Well flushing through the derrick manifold assembly;
- Well completion.
